We’re looking for 200 people across the different states of Nigeria to manage and write product related contents for our different Ecommerce stores.

As a content writing store manager, you will be responsible for listing products for sale on the store, writing content for those products, as well as be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the store (don’t worry, you won’t be involved with the marketing or delivery of those products. Others will take care of it).

Your primary assignment will be to manage the store, create content for products that will be listed for sale, and order new set of products when they run out of stock.

As a candidate for this job, you will play a pivotal role in managing cashback product listings, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring a well-organized inventory for our ecommerce platform. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce store assigned to you.
As an ideal candidate for this job, you will have a keen eye for detail when it comes to managing cashback product listings, re-ordering cashback stocks, and ensuring the store runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

– Product Listing Management: Create, maintain, and optimize product listings for cashback products as well as other physical, products, digital products, digital services, and physical services on the ecommerce store when available. Ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information are up-to-date and engaging.

– Stock Monitoring and Restocking: Monitor product availability levels and ensure timely reordering of products when stock runs low. You will be responsible for ensuring that popular products are never out of stock and are reordered efficiently.

– Cashback Flipping Operations: Oversee the management and integration of cashback flipping opportunities into the product listing and sales process, ensuring optimal use of this strategy for increased profitability.

– Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to address product-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure that customers have a seamless and satisfactory experience when shopping through our ecommerce platform.

-Cashback Product Delivery: Effortlessly deliver cashback products are transferred to the buyers right there in the store, as well as schedule other type of products for delivery to their buyers. Ensure that Buyers of digital products should have instant access to the product, as well as schedule physical products for pickup and delivery to the buyer’s location.

-Financial Accountability: Proper utilization of company funds to buy and restock cashback products when they run out of stocks.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

– Experience in Ecommerce Management or willingness to Learn: If you don’t have prior experience in managing an ecommerce store or related operations you should be willing to get trained and learn.

– Excellent Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently is essential to succeed in this role.

– Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to identify potential stock or logistical issues and capable of implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.

– Familiarity with Ecommerce Platforms or Willingness to Learn: Experience using ecommerce platforms like WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar tools to manage product listings and inventory…or be willing to learn if you’re not yet familiar with those tools.

– Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this role, as you will be interacting with other vendors, customers, and the internal team regularly.

– Customer-Focused Mindset: A commitment to ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You should be proactive in addressing any product-related issues and making sure customer needs are met.

The starting salary for this job is N200,000 per month with guaranteed increase after 3 months.
